A fatal accident occured. One that ended in taking your life. You're either a Greensoul; a new soul that has just woken up from a long sleep into this new echo of a world, or a more experienced soul. (Called an Afterlight)

The world of Everlost is one where children, who didn't get to where they were going, are forced to roam this ghost of the earth forever. The earth is still living but dead spots are here. Places once were in the real world but have passed over to this world.

Now, I do realize this roleplay is based off of a book (that im currently re-reading) but that's just the world of the book. I'm not gonna pull up any plots or spoil anything big from the book. And if you have the free time, read it. It's good.

1. If they stand in one spot for too long, they sink. Unless they find a 'dead spot', a spot that has either crossed into Everlost (e.g a dead forest, the twin towers [the twin towers are actually in the book!], etc.) or a spot that has housed a dead person (like if you died in your sleep, your bed would become a dead spot) which are solid for them. Otherwise, down to the center of the earth you go!
2. They have no need for necessities like breathing or eating or drinking
3. They glow in the dark (hence the name afterlight)

Personality: Caleb doesn’t really socialize with anybody and tends to hang out by himself. He is usually rude to others that try to hang around him when he doesn’t want the company and tries to push them away. He tends to get angry pretty fast whenever someone is bothering him.

Other: The backpack he carries around is very special to him, hence why it didn’t disappear when he died. (Also Neal Shusterman is a great author)

-- Appearance: Marion was short for her age, with light brown hair just recently cut to her shoulders. Light blue eyes are often cast down toward her latest novel.
-- Personality: Despite being quiet and well-mannered, Marion had many friends who appreciated her quirks. She was never afraid to make a friend with a soft smile. Speaking was never her strong suit unless the conversation was about homework or the latest Harry Potter book. Marion did draw unwanted attention from bullies, as most teens do. While the harassment bothered her during the night, she still attempted to keep her pain hidden - always showing the most kindness she could to those who caused her grief.

Cause of Death: Drowning, he was pushed into a lake, tied to a rock from assasinators. He was a prince in the eighteenth century.
Appearance: (I'll put an image later) He is very tall with a slim, but strong figure. He has ear length, silver hair that is a bit longer on the right side, forming shimmering bangs. He has pale skin and passed with a single preserved dandelion in dead-head form. His eyes are stunning green with a slim jaw.
Personality: He is mostly calm, but some things set him off (ie. teasing him for having a flower as his most prized possession) and when he's mad, all hell's broken loose

Cause of Death:Falling into a river in a dark forest, with noone to help, Tsuyi drowned. Before she became a greensoul, numerous fish started to feed on her arm.

Personality:Extremely caring, cautious and back before, she always took the blame and protected her friends. They were extremely toxic, but she didnt stand up to them.
