I’ve recently gotten the wounded Pokémon for the zekrom quest and I found in the help forum that I need it to reach lvl 100 is there any quicker way besides keeping it in the party and training it every day?

You can keep the pokemon's Train widget in your signature. If you are somewhat active in the forum, people will see it and interact with it.

Also, interact a lot yourself, then people will return the interactions
