I'm sure I'm not the only one here that this has happened to, but my first hatched pokemon was a Magikarp.

Mine was a Magikarp, then a Zubat.

The first disappointment I almost scrambled, poached, fried, boiled, doused in gasoline, threw in a volcano, and ate the volcano was a filthy Floette. It was orange, the most fashionable color alive (yes it's alive) to ever walk the earth (yes I'm trying too hard).

My starter was the first egg that I managed to hatch, because I stuck a link to it in my signature and a lot of people interacted with her.

Yup! I have a female starter and I feel so lucky. xD
