I haven´t seen a rowan quest in quite a while where I neee to level up his pokemon. Is there anything I can do to maximize the chances of it appearing? What are the odds ٩(｡•́‿•̀｡)۶

If I remember correctly, Rowan quests only show up on mondays. Plus, if you have won 5 Rowan Quests, the questchain is over and he will not challenge you anymore. BUT after that you can challenge Oak on mondays through the Emera Square. It has been a while for me, so I'm not sure if this information is accurate (anymore)

I have this problem as well though last time he wanted me to level his wailord. Which I havent won.
Now I have premium, the fella wont ask me. Its been 3 months :(
