General Description:
QuoteSuzume Fujimori is a student and participant of the Killing Game taking place at Hope's Peak Academy. She is the Ultimate Scientist. Suzume is a rather cold, apathetic, aloof individual who is rather introverted and quiet. To get a spark in her eyes, though, you need only mention science to her, her greatest passion in life! Suzume adores all kinds of, and every level and aspect of various sciences. It turns out Suzume is not as calm as she may appear. Consistently she is shown to be suppressing her emotions and covering them up with concise and logical thought. As she breaks down more over the course of the Killing Game, this works less and less. It is implied she is hiding something! Suzume is also a rather intelligent and creative individual, able to analyze and give solutions to any number of problems. She is rather socially oblivious, however, and tends to notice the feelings of those around her far too late. Under stress, Suzume is shown to be something of a control freak, relentlessly controlling situations and those around her. She is also shown to be blunt, sarcastic, and to-the-point, telling people things clearly and drily when they need to hear them.

Positive Traits:

Backstory + Story Development
Backstory
QuoteSuzume Fujimori's biological parents died in a car crash when she was four years old. Scarcely aware of what was going on at the time, she was sent off to an orphanage where she was soon adopted by her two fathers. She had a rather happy and stress-free home life, because her parents deeply loved her and supported her in what she did. One day her parents took her to a science convention, and she became deeply invested in and fascinated by science. At home, she would constantly pore through the textbooks and history books, researching on the Internet. Constantly she would tinker with different things and put together scientific inventions, and research and try out various experiments.

However, it wasn't always sunshine and rainbows for her in her childhood. Her love of science was widely considered boring by her peers from a young age, and so she never really made any lasting friends. Not then, or later on in life. In her early youth, her peers had simply thought her weird and avoided her. Same in elementary. But in middle school, it all changed.

She was constantly ridiculed, and her hard work often torn to pieces or sabotaged by others. She fumed on the inside. Commonly, people would use her just to get a passing grade. As Suzume was constantly being bullied and used by her classmates, she began to develop the mindset people were not to be trusted.

[The rest of her backstory is censored for secret reasons!]

Story Development
Chapter One: Not very drastically changed. Met a number of people, but she is not quite sure she can trust them. Developed some confidence in her mystery-solving skills due to how the trial turned out. Wondering if she can maybe trust Megami? Not very shaken by either Nagisa nor Chika's death, not at first.
Chapter Two: Somewhat drastically changed. Significantly more traumatized by the helplessness of everyone's circumstances of being trapped in the Killing Game, noticably more paranoid and wary for her own life. Grew more attached to Megami. Trustworthy? Unclear. Feelings? Unclear. She finds herself breaking down under all the pressure of what has been happening... Notes to herself that she does not trust Suko, and is rather worried about how erratic they are as an individual.
Chapter Three: She's finally honest with Megami and with herself about her feelings. Still uncertain how she feels about all this. Suzume comes to terms with the fact she does not trust Kowai, and never will. Had Femi open up to her. She's unsure how to feel about this, although he feels to her like the younger brother she never had. Suzume is finally starting to balance her logical thoughts with her feelings, although her guilt about the things she's done brews closer and closer to the surface, threatening to spill over.
Chapter Four: [LOCKED]
Chapter Five: [LOCKED]
Chapter Six: [LOCKED]
