Hey, so this thread is talking about the hover options (where the dashed lines under certain things on the website are as seen in the image)

<- as you can see, a PC user would find this a good thing - they just hover the mouse/cursor over it! But what about the people on mobile? There isn't currently an option to see the info when you tap on it, so I personally think that there should be a pop-up notification when you do.

Here's another example.

I apologise if this has already been suggested before.

Why is that a problem exactly?
If Pokemon #1 upgrades the area level, Pokemon #2 - #4 will add percentage points to the new level.

As a mobile user that's more used to PC, I find myself tapping on those things hoping they'll give me something so this would really help!
