Following a Misunderstanding between Pyrrhia and Pantala dragons, the two continents are now at war. No one knows what the misunderstanding was exactly, since only certain trusted dragons were allowed to know, but it was enough to spark war. Some of the Pyrrhia dragons have even allied with Pantala dragons.

Not long after the war started, a Nightwing named Ravenseer delivered a Prophecy telling four dragons who will save the continents from this endless war:

Dragons shall hatch when the moon is blocking the sun,
The egg of a flaming web must be stolen from the Hornet,
The egg of the deepest blue will come to you,
The egg the colour of frost will be found under the snow,
The egg the colour of the rainforest will be found in the trees.

Teach these dragons well, for they'll raise the flame
The flame that reminds dragons of their past
Teach them well, and prepare them for the day when the world will be out for them.

Three dragons were put in charge of making the Prophecy true so together they followed the prophecy's instructions and soon enough, four dragonets were born under a solar eclipse, as the prophecy instructed them to be. For their safety they were kept in a cave on a remote island, just between Pyrrhia and pantala.

The four dragonets lived together happily, knowing one day they will be able to stop the war. However everything changes when the three guardians suddenly go missing, and the four dragonets are thrown into the world outside their island...

Queen Eagle: The queen of Skywings. Pretty much Scarlet but worse. Has a daughter named Crimson. Since her rule the arena and the prisons have been rebuilt.
Queen Waterfall: The queen of Seawings.
Queen Mangrove: The queen of mudwings.
Queen Azalea: The queen of rainwings and Nightwings.
Queen Dust: The queen of icewings.
Queen Viper: the queen of sandwings.

Queen Hornet: The queen of Hivewings, and the one in charge of Silkwings and Leafwings during the war.

Guardians:
Sunset: an elderly Skywing, and the wisest out of the guardians. (female)
Velvet: an adult Silkwing, and the strongest out of the guardians. (Male)
Grapefruit: an adult Rainwing/Leafwing hybrid, and the kindest out of the guardians (Gender neutral)

The rebellion: Located under a mountain near the ruins of Jade mountain academy. The cave has multiple sleeping quarters, a hospital, schools, everything needed for dragons to survive, away from the war.
Komodo: A sandwing with multiple battle scars across their scales. The leader of the Rebellion. (Male)
Ridge: An Icewing with ripped wings. Assistant to Komodo. (Female)

It was a normal day for the prophecy dragons, reading the scrolls provided by the guardians, training, ect.

Aqua was very interested in the scroll she was reading. When she finished, she kept rereading the scroll, trying to absorb all of the information in it.

Pine was off to the side, speaking to a plant. She was supposed to be training, but she didn't see a point in that. She wanted to solve the war without conflict.

Papillion was taking care of his scales, making sure each one was pristine and polished. To him, his scales were the most important thing to him, so it needed care every so often

Seal was in the corner of the cave, drawing things on a piece of paper Grapefruit had given her. Being in a cave and all, there weren't alot of interesting hobbies one could have.

Aqua eventually got bored and started another scroll. She kept rereading this one too. She decided that just reading scrolls, in general, had gotten boring, so she stood up and set down her scroll.

Pine moved on to another plant, and then another until she had finally spoken to them all. Her life in the cave had started to get boring. Every once in a while, she would wonder what she could say to the other dragons.

Velvet walked into the cave, dropped off some food, and watched the dragonets go on with their life. The prophecy told them to teach these four well. They still had a long way to go. The silkwing guardian left them alone with their own things.

Noticing that Velvet dropped off food, Papillion realised it was dinnertime. Or lunch, it was hard knowing time in a cave.

Aqua went over to the food. Her stomach was grumbling. She was hungry and ready to eat. She took a piece of it and started eating it.

Pine stayed where she was. She wasn't that hungry, and she didn't want to go over there. She kept talking to her plants, and then she read a scroll to them. Plants were the only things she felt comfortable talking to.

Seal saw that Velvet had dropped off their food and excitedly hopped over to the food. She was hungry! Grabbing a piece of meat she scuttled back to her little corner.

Papillion watched the others grab their food, before grabbing his food too.

Once everybody left, Pine wandered over to grab some food, before heading back to where she was. She hastily gobbled up her food and then continued to read her scroll to the plants.

Aqua finished eating. She laid down and decided to be lazy and take a nap. She couldn't go to sleep, so she kept turning until she finally found a comfortable position to take a nap in.

Papillion decided to read some scrolls. The scrolls the guardians brought were interesting. Stories about the three Sandwing heirs who fought for the control of the throne, five dragons like them who were born to stop a war...

Seal was happily eating her Food. Little did the dragons know that would be the last time they could eat in this cave...

Pine finished reading her story, so she picked out another one. She liked this one more than the last one. She could tell that the plants seemed to like this book more as well.

Aqua kept sleeping. She snored extremely loud, causing Pine to stop reading so that the plants could hear. Pine thought about waking her up, but she knew that she shouldn't.

Seal, having finished her food, decided to pay Sunset a visit. She liked the skywing, because of her wise stories about the days before the war. Those days sounded very fun.

Papillion continued reading.

Aqua kept sleeping and loudly snoring.

---

Pine decided to ignore Aqua and continue her story anyways. The plants could still only understand what she said half of the time, but at least they understood her some of the times.

Seal headed to the cave where Sunset normally was, only to see the elderly skywing gone? She was very confused, because Sunset was too old to move by herself. What happened?

Papillion continued reading, unaware of what was happening around him.

Aqua just kept sleeping and snoring. She seemed to be having a good dream. Her snoring got quieter.

---

Pine was done reading. While she had been reading, she had noticed a dragon left. She followed where the dragon went and stopped behind her.

---

Seal's crying could be heard across the cave. The young icewing ran around, trying to find Velvet or Grapefruit, but both were no where to be seen.

Papillion looked up. What happened?

Aqua woke up with a start. She went over to Seal. "Are you okay?" she asked her.

---

Pine ran back over to her plants, making sure they wouldn't get trampled. She soothed them and they seemed to relax.

---

Papillion also went over to Seal, wondering if she was okay.

Seal shook her head, continuing to cry. "Sunset! She's gone! She's not here!" She shouted, worried about the whereabouts of the elderly skywing.

Pine walked over and silently stood behind the group, not wanting to say anything.

---

"She's gone?!" Aqua exclaimed with surprise. "But where could she be?" Aqua wondered. "Maybe she's just out getting more food or something," Aqua said, still unsure if this was true.

"But Velvet just brought us food!" Seal protested. "And she's too old to even go hunting! What happened to her?!"

---

"I don't know," Aqua confessed. "I'll help," said a confident, but small voice from behind the group. It was Pine, deciding to overcome her fears and speak.
