Hi,

Yesterday evening I found a Hoopa in a treasure box. I was on mobile at the time, I checked all the tabs and usual spots but didn't find even one Hoopa ring. Usually I'm pretty good at finding them so I found this pretty odd.

After waking this morning, I thought I would check through using my laptop. I found two Hoopa rings pretty quickly. When I found the third, instead of clicking it straight away, I checked the same place on my mobile phone - the ring was not there. I clicked to that place again on laptop, and the Hoopa ring was indeed still there.

For some reason, probably after the long reset due to the server, the Hoopa rings are not showing up on mobile, but when checked on laptop they are.

I'm not sure what else to add.... but I hope this helps anyone else struggling to find them at the moment, and hope it easy enough to fix. Thanks! <3

Edit: I'm on the last ring. I've taken a screenshot on both mobile and laptop in case they're needed. I'll hold off clicking on it for now, if it can be any help to you. I won't post/say where it is in case of it being a possible spoiler.

Try clearing your cache on mobile. It is possible that your phone has a "request couldn't be handled" cached for the hoopa ring, caused by yesterday's downtime.

Done. Checked the last area, it’s still not showing up, sorry.

Same with advanced mobile settings enabled and disabled?

Enabled, I can’t see the hoop. I’ve just disabled them, and now I can see it.

This still hasn’t been fixed. May I have an update please?

The only time I search for Hoopa rings now is on laptop because disabling the advanced mobile settings makes the screen so small and it’s hard for me to move around the site while on phone.

I used to be able to find them fine before that server reset happened - I had the advanced settings enabled all the time. Is there any way to restore that setting?

Nothing has changed about this quest over the past few years.

Hmm, thank you. It just seems odd... Up until the server reset I was able to find the Hoopa rings fine with the advanced mobile settings enabled, but now I can't - I have to disable them. 🤔

I'll ask around discreetly and see if anyone else is having this trouble.
