So I have looked on the hints, but they aren't very useful for this, so I am posting this. For Chef the answer is really vague, so I am asking for help. Also, I assume you get Staid by fishing a lot (Tell me if I'm wrong) and you get hoggy from lots of interacting (any estimates for how many???) so if you have any info please post.

chef: u can see it at prof rowan randomly (just like a quest)
Nappy: the honey tree
Aqua:coinfilp
Bold: purple mystery box
Hoggy:interaction
Staid: random site (could be anywhere, i found mine in a userprofile
Timid:sometimes when buying berries at the emera mall, u will see it below the berries section
Rainbow:after gathering all havest spite, it is in the ancient cave at about tea time
actual Victini: SCS
