ok so I just started playing a couple days ago and I've been doing a lot of interactions and its pretty fast because I have a touch screen laptop but I keep getting the 'are you a robot screen' I assume from my fast clicking but I don't really know how to narrow the amount times that happens and id like to know because I'm kind of cautious of getting flagged for cheating

nah, it's a random check, and there's no consequence to getting the bot check wrong either. The anti cheat bot is pretty smart lol, so as long as ur not really cheating, there's nothing to be afraid of

Yeah, as long as you're doing the interactions, you don't need to worry

I've seen a lot of people freaking out because they continued clicking or they clicked wrong. All it does it stop you from clicking. There's no consequence.
