Before I go spend more poke dollars is this pokemon able to breed with another?

I only ask because I've tried 4 different combinations of jolly/sad and all prefer to play with others.

They are baby pokemons they cannot breed

Jolly/Sad Jr. is a baby pokemon. Baby pokemon can't breed.
You have to breed Mr. Moody (the evolution) with another pokemon ^^ Another Mr. Moody of the opposite gender works. A regular Mr. Mime of the opposite gender works as well.
As long as the egggroup is "Human-Like" (and it's the opposite gender), it's gonna work :)
