Info:
The Sprout cats live in an Oasis surrounded by Normal Cats, Halo Cats, Winged cats, and- well Ocean Cats but they rarely see eachother so....
Sprout cats depend on their sprouts to live, meaning is the sprout is damaged, they will be hurt. Most sprouts have sprout pets to help tend to their sprouts. Never mind.
I'm just going to take quotes from the place and post them here

They must- code word is tiger, hide it in your thing-give the sprout sunshine and water
they have a band. THere is a water sign made from Seaslate and a sun sign that is made from non-blackened magma- and the sprout sign is for their sprout health (sick or not) so basically when they flicker, it means- not good. Anyways, so if they touch them together (the bands) and they both flicker when they meet, that means they are related.
