A Vision:
a gift bestowed upon mortals whom the Gods recognize.
They grant the user elemental abilities based on the element of their given Vision.
It is said that those with Visions have a chance of ascending to Celestia and attaining godhood themselves.
However, after a Vision-bearer dies, their Visions lose their lustre and become empty husks without a trace of elemental power.
Such Visions are known as Masterless Visions and have a low probability of resonating with another person.

For the children of the church, the day had begun like any other.
Nun Grace would ensure that they were woken and ready for morning prayer, before seeing them off the Good Hunter for breakfast. She was known for taking in Mondstadt's children who had been abandoned or whose parents weren't present, for whatever reason. For those children, her kindness was the closest thing to parental love, a family.
"I found this in a book in Miss Lisa's Library, yesterday. It looks like a treasure map!"
The crumpled paper that the child had pulled from their pocket had browned from years of oxidization and was torn in several places; however, the faint outline of the coastline could still be made out. On it, a small cross marked a location: one of the sandy eyots on the river between Windrise and Falcon Coast.
"We should go treasure hunting!"
Usually, Grace would allow the children to spend the rest of the day playing, whilst she went on about her duties with the church. But, this was under the conditions that: a, they stayed within the city walls, and b, they returned to the church by 7pm.
Today would be an exception. Not that Grace needed to know.
Sneaking out of the city, armed with sticks for swords and homemade slingshots, the children headed off on their adventure, being careful not to alert any monsters on the way. The trek to the large oak tree took them until noon, the treasure now only several feet away.
"Over there! Quick!"
The children wasted no time, wading through the cold water of the stream, scaring off a flock of azure cranes that had formerly claimed the spot. With their hands, they begin to scoop away at the sand and dirt until they, finally, hit a solid object. It takes them all to lift out the exquisite-looking chest.
Although, opening it was underwhelming. Their treasure: just a handful of Mora and some sort of bland silver charms, enough for them to have one each.
Back then, it seemed like worthless junk and wasn't worth the scolding they were given by Grace once they returned to the city.

But still, to this day several years later, despite having gone their own ways to chase after their dreams, they each held onto their treasure. It was no longer 'worthless junk' but a memory due to reawaken. Perhaps it was just a coincidence that each of their charms began to glow after waking up from a dream, reminiscing that very day.
You receive a letter, signed by Grace, inviting you back to Mondstadt for the annual Ludi Harpastum.
Would it hurt to return, even just for a few days? Would anyone even recognise you?
