Check this box for available Eevee.
If you want a specific Eeveelution, please be sure to state so somewhere in your form (it will cost more than a regular Eevee). Sylveon, Leafeon, and Glaceon are not available for the time being.
If I do not have what you want, I will try to get it in by a maximum of one week. By one week if I still cannot get it in, you will be added to my Wait List until I notify you via PM.
