Aspen was watching the others from a tree branch. Part of him said to just jump down and say hi, but he was apprehensive. The boy had always been so....awkward around other people. What if they thought he was a weirdo? He looked towards the chattering squirrels next to him, squeaking out words of encouragement to him. He smiled, but still felt a little uneasy as he looked back down at the others.
