Hi, can somebody explain to me how to know when I adopt the egg if I already have that certain specie in my pokedex, because I see it when the pokemon reaches certain level, not before that. There must be some way to save the time not to hatch tha same eggs two times. Thanks

There's really no way outside of waiting for information about the egg to be revealed. And the lab doesn't have any indication as to whether you already own the pokemon so you either have to remember if you have it already or check your pokedex.
