Pokemon: Galarian Mr. Mime! More specifically, my Pokesona of it. [reference will be found at the bottom of my order]
What you want me to do: She's a shiny pokemon, so I guess change the colors a little; Her only accessories are her glasses and her Icicle pen/pencil, you can just have her holding her pen in her right mitten/hand.
Animated: Yes! I'll be paying far extra for this, as for the animation, could you make it a little reminiscent of Mr. Mime's animation from the BW2 games? I'll send an example below along with my Pokesona's ref! You can simplify it if it's too much though, no worries, I have no mind ^^
Background: Nope! Just leave it transparent please.
Tip: 200K PD :^)c
Other: I absolutely adore how clean your recolors look,, and I really hope you have fun doing my gal if I'm accepted ;v; and here are the references! If I also need to pay more, please, let me know!
