Nico sent out Sammy while the Gym leader sent out the Pinsir

Sammy put up his defense with cotton guard, tanking a hit from Pinsir, His ability , static, paralyzed it. Then it started to Thundershock it, able to dodge most attacks due to the paralyzed pinsir.

The gym leader recalled pinsir after it was defeated and Nico sent out Kira instead of Sammy, she started to spam Sand attack, trying to get Scizors moves to keep fainting. She was mostly lowering its attack too.
Yet a bullet punch from Scizor knocked Kira out, so he sent Sammy back in, who let out what sounded like a war cry in mareep sounds as it started to thundershock once again, knocking scizor out

Lilly woke up from her bed and jumped out of bed excited to get her Pokémon, and grabbed her hoodie and back and her dad’s white scarf and put it on her arm in a bow abs ran downstairs and her mom was curled up in a blanket on the couch passed out. She ran outside and walked to the lab not wanting to get into anyone’s business.

She looked at the boy and backs away not wanting to interact with anyone until she had a Pokémon. She ran not saying anything to him.She stopped at the lab and knocked on the door and waited for the professor to open the door.She had a fear of Pokémon especially when they come to her but she only trusted her dads Arcanine who was at home in there yard , waiting for Lilly at home.
