How do I activate my shiny hunt, or change who im hunting?

You first buy a pokeradar, and the rest will be easy

Once you get a pokeradar (150k in the item market), you need to buy batteries which cost 50,000. Your batteries will die every time you finish a hunt. After that, turn the radar on and hatch the pokemon you want to chain. keep chaining the pokemon until you hatch a shiny aaaand. that's it.

Oh and if you want to change your hunt in the middle of another hunt, you have to break that chain and start over with the new pokemon.
