8-12 hours

Mostly I get insomnia where I can't fall asleep no matter how I try. Also, the opposite, where I easily fall asleep, have a short dream and then wake up, this repeated many times in a short timeframe to the point it gives me a headache and then I try and stop myself from falling asleep.

Title: Sleep? Uh.......

My sleep can vary from 30 minutes up to 12 hours. However, it falls in the general range from 3-7. Also, is it just me, or does anybody else feel more refreshed when they get less sleep, but more tired when they get a healthy amount of sleep?
