Dan sat down and reached for his pocket knife. He would cut out the gem if he needed to! Just as he stabbed it downwards, water shot out of his water bottle and formed a shield of ice around his wrist. His knife bounced off. he tried again, to no avail. "All right, all right. I get it. I'm stuck with you." He decided to see what he could do now. He tried melting the ice. It melted. He made it hotter until it was steam. He got it to move around him then turned it back to water. He then made it go back into his water bottle. He then tried creating and destroying it. Water shot from his fingers, but he couldn't get it to go away. He made it turn into gas and then shoot out of the window and into the stratosphere.

Cy could feel everyone and everything around him. The sensation was weird to him. He could feel several emotions at once, joy, sadness, anger. He felt it all. He never had been so confused in his life. The sensation hurt more than a migraine.
