Is there a guide for dynamaxing and how many crystals we need(I know it changes,but at least avearge)

All crystal amounts and the requirements are posted as part of 'The Evolution of Pokemon' guide! Scroll down to the Mega/Giga dex there and eveything will be listed.

The only requirement is that the pokemon has to be level 100 or more to gigamax.
Crystal amounts are specific to how rare the pokemon is. So easy rarities will take one crystal, medium takes 2, etc. The most expensive rarities are starters and special types at 5 crystals each.
If I've been mathing correctly this whole time, the total amount of crystals you need to gigamax every non-shiny giga-able pokemon is 93.
