For the Zekrom quest, I have to take care of a wounded Druddigon. Once I get it to level 100 for the quest, do I lose it? I became really attached, and even named it. (Also does renaming the Druddigon cause problems for the quest? I renamed it before I learned that it was part of the quest.)

Yes, you lose the Druddigon.
