I've been on here for well over a year, and I usually keep to myself. I was wondering if anyone could take a bit of time out of their day to explain this game to me lol. I still don't understand most of it.

I'm afraid you'd have to be more specific than that. :,D

The very core of PH is just collecting the different pixels like any other adopting site. Which part of the features/mechanics of acquiring those pixels is giving you trouble exactly?

It's the kind of game where the way to 'win' is to achieve whatever arbitrary goal you set for yourself, whether it's completing the dex (which is a goal for most poeple on here I would think) or hoarding 100k Eevee or whatever else that piques your interest.
Kinda sand-boxy in a sense. You just do whatever you want.

Maybe you just need to set a clearer goal for yourself?

Yeah i kinda get that, but it's more along the lines of things like Trainer level, berry level, etc that seems a bit, from lack of a better term, pointless? Not trying to complain or anything like that, just i'm not seeing too much of a point to working toward increasing things like that.

In my experience, I personally don't think it's pointless. It makes you get dopamine if you say, max out your level or unlock something.

Have you already checked out the PokeHeroes Wiki? It's an incredibly useful resource which should answer all of your questions. Just use the search bar to search for topics you are interested in learning about - for example "Trainerlevel" or "Berry garden". You can also just browse the various topics that are listed in the side bar to get a general overview of all the different aspects of the game.
