Derek stood up, sliding his hands between the bars. "Maybe we do, but are we even sure ourselves?" His smile was sly, his teeth barely showing past his lips. "Your powers are dampened, yes? These prison cells have that effect on you?" He didn't seem like he was referring to himself as well. "If not for these cameras and the constant flow of Peacekeepers that would follow, I'd have us out already. Unfortunately, there's cameras and a constant flow of Peacekeepers that would come after us if I did." He glanced at the other tributes.

Shiloh's face remains the same when Roxy mentions torture. It holds the same emotionless mask. But her eyes fill with slight anxiety as old memories flood into her head. She clenches her fist and turns to Derek. "Don't beat yourself up about it" Shiloh tells Derek. "When the time is right we'll find a way out of here"

Melody softly hummed, not minding the conversation that Shiloh and Derek were having, rather lost in her own little world of music and harmony. She moved her hands over the air in swift but slow movements, a slight pink aura trailed behind making small music notes and soft musical sounds that were consoling.

"Phss," Derek's slight hiss was directed towards Melody. Shaking his head, he whispered, "Not that one." Smiling a little, he started to sing quietly.

Afterwards, he started the normal verses, his glance inviting the others to sing as well as it was cast around the room, meeting each and every one of the tributes eyes.
