Hydra was at the fish market when he saw an eagle with a the same bracelet he had so he walked over to talk to the eagle and try to find out where these bracelets came from

Killick fell to the ground. The person he bumped into wasn't very happy, and began lecturing him. Not wanting to cause another scene, he simply apologized and walked away. Why was it that so many land creatures were rude? Noticing the eagle, as well as a few other creatures gathered sparked his curiosity, so he walked towards them.
