You can find them when Rumbling in Galar or buy them for Speed Click Saturday Tokens.

(Here’s the complete wiki guide.) All the Pokémon listed here only can gigamax on PH.
For giga-maxing, your Pokémon must be atleast 100 level. After it reaches level 100, you need the amount of dynamax crystals to giga-max it depending on its rarity. (Here’s the list.)
If you have those amount of dynamax crystals, then by going to that specific pokémon’s profile, and selecting “Gigamax” will gigamax your ‘mon.
