Star was ready to go down to littleroot town to get his starter.
his people, whom lived in meteor falls, told him to pack his
gear and start off on his journey! when he gets to littleroot,
he walks into the lab. the people in there HAVE seen him
before, but they don't know his name. he goes up to one of
the assistants and asks them, "e-excuse me, but do you mind
telling me where professor birch is?"

Gale sighed, seeing as his pokedex wasn't reading Skyla. Maybe he was destined to always be unprepared or something... He started to continue walking down the route. Skyla was perched on his shoulder, while Ace was back in his pokeball.
