You don't really need to spam this thread with bumping when it hasn't left the front page of Suggestions.

I'm going to simply put no support on this one.
Balls aren't a huge factor in Pokeheroes except Shadow Hunting and the Honey Tree.
And even then, they can simply be bought from the shop or traded with other users.

I feel like prices would change drastically on them if converting them were possible and it would make Poke Balls and Great Balls useless in that case, everyone would upgrade to the better Ultra Ball (Or Master Ball which also should not be a thing since it's not really even a part of Pokeheroes...) and the economy would suddenly be void of Poke Balls / Great Balls having any value at all. And then Ultra Balls would also lower in price since they are much easier to obtain that way,

Not to mention how unpopular the use of Balls are in the first place. There's a very select group of people who care about Shadow Hunting (it's very small, I would know this as there were less than 40 people trying to complete their dexes as I were when Johto came out...) and people have no troubles catching something at the Honey Tree when they have Balls available to them from the GTS or Shop (it's not really hard to catch anything from the Tree to begin with)

TL;DR - No support, would make Poke Balls / Great Balls useless and be worth virtually nothing, Ultra Balls would lower in price, etc.

Those are actually really great points!
But the prices for items are always going to be going up/down, as long as it isn't something major that'll destroy the economy of the game, I don't think it's a huge deal.
This suggestion could also be useful in the the future!
Looking at: this suggestion my suggestion could help out a lot. Right now, my suggestion is kinda useless because there are only three pokeballs in the game. But if that suggestion gets added to the game, there'll be multiple pokeballs in the game. If there is a specific pokeball that you want, then my suggestion could help make it so that you can trade your way up to it.

It's still just a thought 🤷‍♀️
