You stand just outside of the summer camp; the wind is blowing, the animals are scurrying, and Elise and Green Spinel stand at the entrance. Elise’s tail flicks around with anxiousness as they are ecstatic to begin. As the bus rolls away Elise then clears their throat. “Welcome everyone, we’re all excited for you to be here right now. Before we get to the tour though we will play a little game, put our things in our cabins and THEN we’ll begin the tour.”

Elise explained smiling to the crowd. “I’m Elise and this is Green Spinel.” “Though you can just call me Greenie.” Green Spinel added. “Right, but before any of that happens I have one thing to ask you all.”

Elise stated before they picked back up now with Green Spinel. “WHO’S EXCITED?!”

Robin stood at the entrance, giving herself a second to take it all in. The fresh breeze, the greenery, all of it... It was an amazing feeling to her, being out where nature was your playground. This was a rare opportunity for her and she wasn’t going to waste it! She took a deep breath and looked at Green Spinel and Elise. Based on how they were talking, they seemed to be the leader of the group. They seemed quite loud though.... Well, it was just something that she had to deal with, not a big problem. Robin didn’t answer the question with the same excitement, but instead gave a small chuckle and smiled.

Raina bounced on her feet, her long tail swishing back and forth with excitement. She raised her hand to the question, beaming. Raina usually stuck near water, this would be a chance for her to not do so and maybe squish that instinct that all plants were bad because they were super effective against water. She wondered who the speakers were. She’d seen neither of them before. Maybe they were from different worlds or something?

Elise glanced over to Raina seeing her hand waving in the air. “Oh, do you have a question?” They said before Green Spinel bounced into the conversation. “‘Cause we’re always open for questions!” He beamed proudly.

“I suppose we could answer a few questions before we begin if anyone has any.” Elise mumbled looking around the group to see if anyone else had their hand up. There were none to been seen. “Hmph.” She grumbled before turning back to Raina. “Oh, go ahead.”

Robin thought for a bit, trying to see if there was anything she needed to ask about. So far, nothing. Maybe when they get further into the camp she might have a few, but for now she was set. She looked at Riana curiously, wondering what her question was. Well, it probably wasn’t an important question anyways... She should probably go ahead and take a look at the other campers. She would most likely need to remember their looks in order to get along, so why not.

As she looked around, she realized that a lot of them were quite different... They didn’t seem to have a certain theme, so everyone was completely unique. Robin didn’t really have a distinctive feature like almost everyone else, so she would either stand out a lot or not at all. She didn’t really mind, that wasn’t what she was here for anyways. She was here to have a great time, not just sit and look at everyone all day. What’s the fun in that? Besides, it would get pretty creepy, pretty fast... She let out a small sigh and looked up at the nearly clear sky. It was a pretty blue, something she never really noticed before. She never took the time to just look up and stare at almost nothing.

Ash stared at the utter silence. But, well, he was not patient. "Um..if we are done ? Are we putting up our tents now ?" He asked Greenie.

Green Spinel looked over to Ash. “Please just wait. Even then we’re not staying in tents, we’re staying in cabins. Once all questions have been answered we’ll show you your guy’s cabins. You can put your stuff in your rooms then we’ll play a little short game so we can all know each other a bit more.”

He explained patiently and causally. “I’m glad you’re excited to start though!” She smiled and put a hand on Ash’s shoulder but then removed for fear of it being awkward.

Ash smirked. "If you, think it's awkward, then, your wrong. I'm actually very friendly." Ash says putting a hand over Greenie's shoulder. Althogh, it was too high for him.

Glancing over at the two, Robin gave a small smile. Eagerness was something she liked to see. Although she didn’t like the sound of the “getting to know each other” game, it was nice to see things starting to pick up. She was excited to see the cabins, considering that she had only been in one once.

Raina smiled awkwardly. “Well, I was putting my hand up because you were asking who was eager...” she said. She could see how it could be misinterpreted. Her tail lashed back and forth nervously. “Sorry...”

“Ohhh...” Elise realized awkwardly. “I see that now.” They said nervously bitting her finger. “But no matter! Since it seems no one else has questions we can go ahead and head into camp.

Follow me, I’ll show you were we’re heading first. Green Spinel you can be in the back to make sure no one strays off or is to slow.” Green spinel nodded bouncing over to the back of the group. “We’re ready to go!” He announced.

“It’s fine!” Raina smiled at Elise. She picked up her stuff and got ready to follow. A bubble bounced on her shoulder, which occasionally happens when she was excited. Her tail was still swishing back and forth.

She adjusted her backpack, the only thing she brought to this trip, and got ready to move forward.

Elise nodded and faced the dusty dirt trail that lead directly into camp. Not to far into the camp they came to an almost empty area. It was a small patch of land, in the middle was a fire pit ringed with stones just like if you went on any other camping trip. There wasn’t to much grass near the fire pit mainly because it had been burned away but there was grass none the less. The camp grounds couldn’t just be dirt and dust after all.

There were no chair or logs to sit on, just the fire pit. Around the small area cabins of versing sizes were scattered about, two that seemed relatively large about the same size and right next to each other. The other was smaller and on the side was a sign that had a red plus sign with a white background. The last one was medium, in between the sizes of the large and small cabins. “This is the center of camp.”

Elise explained throwing their arms up in the air. “After dinner we bring out the chairs for campers to sit in, after that they’re free the make s’mores, tell stories, or just hang out! You don’t have to of course, we just like to put the option out. We advise campers not to stay up to late though.” Green Spinel then brought up a large colorful bean bag.

“This is a bean bag, I’m assuming you all know that though.” He said before pointing over to the side. “You all can set your stuff over there for now, because right now we’ll play a short game.” He explained tossing the bag around in his hands. “It’s simple, if you catch the bean bag you must say your name and one fact about yourself.”

He casually the bag to Elise who almost dropped it. It fumbled in her hands for a few seconds before she secured it giggling nervously. “Heh heh...” She breathed. Clearing her throat she then stated her name and fact. “I’m Elise and I have a Cyclops Cream Bunny named Henry.”

They then threw it back to Green Spinel who grabbed it elegantly. “You forgot to do your part.” They reminded him. “Oh right! I’m Green Spinel and I’m learning how to garden.” He then tossed it to Robin.

Raina watched Robin with curiosity, wondering what she’ll say. Raina began considering what she should say as well. Literally the only interesting thing about herself she could think of would probably result in everyone staying away from her, maybe seeing her as dangerous... She sighed mentally. There wasn’t anything else she could think of, unfortunately.

Robin looked down at the beanbag, staring blankly at it for a few seconds. She wasn’t fond of having the attention all on her... Besides, there wasn’t much anyone needed to know about her anyway. She was probably just going to be forgotten anyways. She took a deep breath and sighed. “I’m... Robin and...” she paused. What fact would she share? She didn’t really know of anything that wasn’t obvious already. Her interests were almost nonexistent and pretty bland, she had a pretty normal family and home life... “I like to do some archery here and there...” she muttered, still staring at the bean bag. She put no effort into tossing it back to Green Spinel, but it still managed to reach her

Green Spinel looked at the bean bag before back a Robin smiling. “Thank you, very well done.” He congratulated before picking his next ‘victim’. He scanned the area before winding up his arm like a baseball pitcher and throwing the bean bag to Raina. “Archery sounds fun, maybe you could show us sometime if interested?”

Elise asked intrigued. Archery had always puzzled them. How did people do it?!

She pursed her lips and looked up at them. She didn’t do very well when she was being watched... It could be fun though... She was considering it, but her terrible social skills would just make the situation a bit weird. She watched the bean bag go to Riana, then sighed again, fidgeting with her shirt.

Raina snagged the bean bag out of the air and ran through her thoughts. Urgh, even her own mind wanted her to own up to it. “I’m Raina, and I nearly drowned someone once.” She said, just loud enough for everyone to hear. She then flung the bean bag to Green Spinel again. Hopefully these guys would at least listen to her explanation first. “The dude asked me to go on a date with him. I told him I was aromantic but he still insisted. Then I think my instincts took over because he was suddenly in a bubble of water and drowning. Someone pulled him out in time. One of my psychic Gijinka friends managed to stop me from getting in jail, but I never wanted to do that again...” She shuddered.

Frost stood there silently. She just kept staring at the clear blue sky. Why did she have to join this camp? The only reason she agreed to join was that her brother said that he would join too but he got sick and cancelled it and she had to go alone. She looked at the ring of people surrounding her as they toss the bean bag around. She tried to stay low and hoped that she wouldn't be next. No one even noticed her when she came, probably because she was so shy and kept hiding behind trees.
