"He's fine. He's over there taking a nap," she said pointing towards her bed with the little puppy snoring away peacefully. "Anyway, do you want to eat? You haven't eaten anything yet," she asked. She would go grab a sandwich for herself as well.

"no... but, actually, i need to know where Nora is." he gets up, from
bed and he feels a sharp, stinging pain in his side. he falls back onto
the bed and sighs. "looks i'm not going anywhere anytime soon..." he
says to himself. then, he looks up at Ivy and asks her out of the blue,
"do you remember the name that the Pokemon that nearly killed me said?
Samuel Tidesinger? any idea who he is?"

Ivy looked at Stardust. "No idea," she simply answered. She walked over to her backpack and gave him a tiny first aid kit. "It has bandages and medicated oil inside. Should be enough to treat the pain," she said. She herslef has gotten a stinging cut in her knee from the sharp rocks in the sand and a bruised elbow but they weren't the worse of what she had. "Nora has things to do. She'll return once she's finished," she added.

"How're you holding up?" Stardust says to ivy. "I know you sustained some pretty
bad injuries from that pokemon attack, so I'm a little worried about you." Stardust
is still thinking about that name... Samuel Tidesinger... how did that pokemon know it?

"They're not so bad as the previous once I've been through," she muttered. Scratches and broken bones were normal to her. She has been stabbed plenty of times before and bullets tend to hit every part of her body in the city. Nowhere was safe there, which was probably the reason they sent her here in the first place. "Do you know who that 'Samuel Tidesinger' guy?" she asked him. He seems to recognize the name.

"If you don't want to tell me it's fine," she said worried about the terrified look on his face. "You look scared. Is everything okay?" she asks. That pokemon must have given him a trauma of some sort.

" It's nothing. Anyways, I-I'll tell you who he is. It'd.. be good to get it off my chest." stardust says.
"there used to be a professor here in Coren; professor Tidesinger. he had
a son that he loved very much, and that son's name was Samuel. however,
when Samuel was 9, a killer snuck into the professor's house and told the
professor that if he let him kill his son, Samuel, then the professor and his wife
would be allowed to live. the boy, Sam, saw this happening. and at that moment,
Samuel ran away like a coward, letting his parents get killed. but, the killer found
Samuel and hurled the young boy into the sea, hoping it would kill him. unfortunately
for the killer, Samuel found a new life working for professor oak, and Samuel vowed
to NEVER be a coward again and that he would find the killer of his parents. and so,
he made a boat and sailed out to Coren, and, a few days later, saved a small pokemon,
a Sandygast, from a gigantic tidal wave. then, he ended up in this bed and told a Girl named
Ivy about himself, all while under the name 'Stardust'" Stardust looks embarrassed that he
had just told Ivy about all this, but he also looks relieved, in a way.

Ivy listened tentatively to Stardust's every word. His backstory sounds very sad. It made her brain grind more to add on with the other things flying around her mind. She crossed her legs and leaned on the wall besides her. "But what does that wild Pokemon have to do with you," she wondered. This island is really going deep into her thoughts with all the chaos and headaches it was giving her. She sighed. She just hoped Nora will be back soon. "Did you tell anyone else about your past?" she asked. His story reminded her of how she had lost her cowardice too, though she didn't have her parents die, and she felt relieved for that.

"that's what was stressing me out. I've never seen that pokemon before today,
so it knowing my name is EXTREMELY odd. but, then again, Coren is kind of a weird

suddenly, a strange crackling noise starts coming from Sam's backpack.
Sam, full of curiosity, stands up (even through the pain) and goes over to
his bag. inside, is a pokemon egg. "how did THIS get in my bag?!" sam says,
picking up the egg and showing it to Ivy. the egg begins to crack even more.

"Huh?" she said, picking up the egg gently from his hands. The egg wobbled and the crack was spreading around the shell. It looked close to hatching. She handed it back. 'There must be a reason to it right? I don't know how it got there though," she said. She thought about it, "Maybe it's your starter?" she suggested. She was glad Stardust finally has a Pokemon to go along with him. Blizzard got up from his nap and sniffed the egg curiously. He looked like he can tell what Pokemon was inside the egg and looked up at Ivy. "What? I can't read your mind Blizzard," she said, picking the little puppy up. "What do you think it is?" she asked Stardust. She'll go with that name since it sounded better and she didn't want to constantly remind him of his past.

a little totodile pops out of the egg. and, as soon as it lays eyes on Sam, it runs over and starts
to bite his head. "whelp, i guess this is my starter" he says.

"It's adorable!" she said. It looked weird though. It wasn't the normal totodile she's ever seen in her home region, then she remembered that the Pokemon here were very different types from the others. "What's it's type?" she asked Blizzard. The puppy let out a bark and ignored Ivy's question. It went up to the totodile and sniffed it. He looked very curios. He laid a paw on the totodile and ran around him in circles. "I think he likes it," she said to Stardust. "We should go tell Nora about this. Believe me, from all the things I've see here, this Pokemon might not even be a water type," she said. She packed her things and held the door open for Stardust.

Ivy walked out thinking Stardust was following behind her but when she looked back she realized she was walking alone. "Woops, I went too fast," she mumbled. She was about to turn back when she saw Nora in the distance. She thought that Stardust could catch up and approached her instead. "Hey Nora, do you still have much to do?" she asked, feeling somewhat eager for the next part of her quest, just so she can finally finish all this and have a nice and relaxing vacation. Well, maybe. "Also, what type are the Totodile here?" she asked curiously. Probably not water, she wondered for sure.

A cruise ship approaches from the south... and on it a.. very elusive figure. Corenia Sarrinsoul. The daughter of the baddest, the evilist (not a word lol) the worst criminal out there. Oh and named after the island. The dock happens to be close to the place where Ivy is...

"Oh is that my darling Ivy?" she purrs, flicking her wrist and landing on the dock.

Ivy shot her head back and looked at the person who just mentioned her name. She nearly let out a growl. Not only did she know this person too much but she absolutely despise, loathe and hate her. She has been troubling her for a long time as their fathers were currently enemies and each one is trying to kill the other. She crossed her arms, she knew her arrival here wasn't coincidence. "Spill it, I know you want something," she said with a slight growl in her voice. Blizzard peaked out from her pocket and gave her an angry bark. Ivy held him back, she knew the million evil things this girl in front of her can do.

Corenia smiles sweetly. "A vacation, is that too much to ask?" she says in fake surprise. She dances around Ivy and pets Blizzard, patting its head a little too ruffly. (heheheh PUN)
