"Genetics. DNA. The mysteries of the human body and human life have been solved. But not completely. Everything is slightly different for each subject. Er... Guest! Each guest! "
You received an anonymous government letter a week ago. You did as the letter said. You drove to a hotel exactly seventy three miles from you. You saw other people being escorted in by what appeared to be bodyguards. Extremely muscular bodyguards. Unnaturally muscular. You stepped out of you car and felt a sharp pain in your leg. Looking, you lift up your foot. Nothing. Assuming you simply rolled your ankle, you continued to get out of your car. Several of the bodyguards approach you, and one tells you to enter the hotel. You wanted to ask why, but you can't resist his words. You start walking towards the hotel, and you realize you have no control. Everything goes black before you reach the entrance.
Waking up, you find something is very different. You are inside a hotel room, a very large one. there are other people laying on beds, like you. Trying to rub your forehead, you find that you're chained down. And that everything feels different as well. You can't place it, but something feels off about your body. There a woman walks in, dressed in all white, a clipboard under her arm. A nervous looking gentlemen walks in behind her, saying, "All of the test subjects are still alive! Do we really need an inspection?" The woman looks at the man, then speaks in a cold voice, " Yes. Because if they aren't what we're looking for, you aren't going to advance. Now then.. " She turned toward the other people and announced, "Your DNA has been altered! You have been mutated! This is for Project Overwrite, in hopes of creating super soldiers to fight for our country. If you resist anything we do, you will be terminated. Understand? " Hearing nobody respond, she slapped her clipboard on the wall, making everybody jump. "UNDERSTAND?!" With that she walked out, leaving the nervous man behind her.

Mutation:Skin alteration. (He can change various characteristics such as eye color,hair color,skin color to maybe disguise as someone else and deceive others. He can't really change his height and hair length,just a couple of cm. Having short hair doesnt really make it easy.)

Mutation: Her name is quite literal. When someone does something bad to her, she gains power to do something even worse to them. If someone is good to her, she can heal them or do something else good. However, if she is unaware who caused the harm/did the good, then she cannot use the power she gained on them. Due to this, a majority of her memories are going to be removed at some point, before she learns of her powers; so she can't do anything such as attacking the scientists, breaking out, etc. Her eyes also now show her emotions; red for anger, yellow for happiness, the list goes on.

EDIT: If we can get maybe 5 people in all, I think that would be enough to start. Also, if you want to control your monitoring scientist, fill out a from for them, if not they'll just be an NPC
