Can we make megas (i.e. Mega Beheeyem) or just event pokemon

You can make megas as well, it doesn't have to be an event pokémon.

For the egg sprite, may we take a random PH sprite and use it as an outline - all the other eggs (or at least it looks like that) are the same shape. I would turn all of the pixels one colour but use it to get the general shape of the egg.

Does It have to be a particular file ending? eg .png or .gif (although I think only PNGs work with transparency)

I'm having problems uploading the sprites and putting them in
[img][/img]
tags, would putting in the data between the tags rather than linking an image on the net work?

(a bit like this:
[img]data:image/png;base64,AWholeBunchOfLettersAndNumbers[/img]

Are we allowed to use different sprite bases than ones on PH?
Like from different games (platinum etc.) or from smogon pokedex project?

you can use any Sprite as a base, as long as it fits the size limitations (see the original post). But I'm sure they wouldnt mind you using the ones Pokeheroes uses, if it made you more comfortable.

There is no different form. Same form.

I'm mainly asking abotu gen 6-8 since pokeheroes has it's own sprites while smogon project has different, size and sometimes color palettes are different.

Also I'd rather get confirmation from CatLady just to be sure :V
