"Stomp!" Sugar cried. She was now distracted. She was thinking about the pokemon brought back, she decides to go visit them later, maybe even remove the corruption. She shook her head.

Aster had watched the earlier battle and was starting to panic. She didn't want Eiju to be taken from her! How else was she going to do things she wouldn't do usually? She was trying to calm herself down but the more she tried the more worked up she got.

Izzy wasn't sure what to do to help Aster so she just wrapped her arm around the panicking trainer and tried to be comforting. Truthfully, Izzy was scared as well for Sabre but she knew that she would fight using him if she had to.

Veradin was back at her cabin, making food for her team and herself. Kiro was watching her happily. Veradin knew that Team Mirage had tech and wouldn't stop at normal Pokemon battles to get what they wanted.

Glen went outside and went to find Snow so they could train together. She had Viriz in her Pokeball so that she couldn't get captured.

Virco heard that Lizzie had been able to capture Moltres and knew that he would have to come up with a way for the Moltres to be purified but still under their control.

Solana had healed Diancie and was watching Lizzie and Sugar's battle with the Mythical Pokemon next to her.

"Cypress, dodge and use Sunny Day!" Glen said. Cypress jumped to the side, the Pyro Ball grazing his tail tip. He did as commanded and the sun became brighter. Both trainer and Pokemon knew the risk of the sunlight but with the risk, it also would help out later in the fight.

Glen nodded. "That won't be powered up though." She said in response to the High-Jump-Kick. Cypress was knocked back and Glen smiled. "Now you'll see why I put the Sunny Day in play. Cypress, use Solar Beam!" Cypress gathered energy from the sun, yellow light being drawn to him and he channeled it into a beam, aimed right at Cinderace's head.

Cinderace jumped above, but the solar beam still bruised her leg a bit.
She landed on her bruised leg and cried in pain"Cinnnnderace !!"

Glen figured that while Cinderace was in the air she should do something productive. "Reason two, Synthesis!" She commanded. Cypress gathered the yellow energy around himself once more but this time, instead of turning it into a beam, it healed his wounds. The Thunder Punch hit but Cypress was able to heal most of the damage from the other attacks.

Cypress was unable to dodge, his eyes widening as the Pyro Ball engulfed him. When the smoke from the attack cleared, he had fainted. Glen returned him. "Thank you." She whispered. She looked up, the Sunny Day was in effect so she sent out her next Pokemon, Fern the Serperior. "Alright Fern, Leaf Storm!" She commanded. She knew it wouldn't do much damage if it hit but that wasn't what she was going for.

"Good job Fern!" Glen said. Fern smiled, seemingly stronger than before she used Leaf Storm even though Leaf Storm was supposed to lower stats. She got ready for Snow's next Pokemon.

"Fern, Dragon Pulse!" Glen said. Fern gathered a beam of purplish energy that had red and blue streaks in her mouth and unleashed it, the beam coming out in the shape of a dragon and heading straight for Infernape.

The Fire Spin and Dragon Pulse smashed in between, creating an explosion. The explosion creates smoke all around the area and both the Pokemon are hidden in the smoke. The smoke slowly lessens...

Cutting through the smoke was another Dragon Pulse. Fern and Glen had used the smoke as a distraction for another attack that Infernape hopefully wouldn't see coming.
