*Talla detected the sarcasm and stood up* Then tell me this. *Talla began to walk towards him. When she was less that two feet away, she drew her sword and stabbed a grape that Madrian was about to eat. She brought it to her face and ate the grape. * Do you recognize the sword?

"Yes" Francis replies, although he doesn't glance up from his work. "As you can see people are getting much poorer in our grand kingdom... Do you know why that is?" He asks.

"Unfair opportunities?" Gwen questions as she sits down in a chair across from him.

"No" Francis frowns. "It's us, we are conquering way too much" he chuckles slightly to himself. "I am going to need to reward Talla soon" he says to himself as he scratches at his long beard. "You see, we have too many POWs. I say we do something with the lower class. You seem to have a good relationship with them, do you have any recommendations?" Francis asks. Gwen frowns at that. She recognizes that tone, this was a test of some sort.

"Why don't you see if Talla needs more recruits?" Gwen asks. "If we actually give out jobs there won't be as many people homeless" she adds. Francis stares at the girl. He is quite unsatisfied with her answer. She is cunning and a good fighter, he would give her that. But she was too soft. He turns towards a servant who is waiting patiently by the door.

"Find Talla" he tells him. "Gwen you are dismissed"

He narrowed his eyes and looked at her. “Nope, not at all.” He grabbed another grape and plucked it into his mouth. He knew he had to be carful around her, but he didn’t let his small worry show. He just had to keep acting casual, not give her the fear she wanted. Besides, he shouldn’t be worried. He had way more deadly weapons than her. “Get to the point already...” he muttered

Ivy was painting, she was describing a scene in which the trees and the grass were a rich green color. She dipped her paintbrush in the water and continued. Ivy loved painting, it was f=her favorite thing in the whole world, except for maybe reading.
His smile has a grip on me <3

"So.. how are you doing?" She absent-mindedly asked. She wasn't really concentrating on the conversation, and was thinking about other things.

I'm trying to think of a good signature, so... Use your imagination.

He sighed and rolled his eyes. “You’ve gotta be kidding me...” he muttered to himself. He stood up and turned around, raising an eyebrow at him. “What is it...” he placed his hands in his coat pockets.

*Talla smiled and saw a bit of sweat drip down his head. She walked up behind him and whispered in his ear* I'll let you figure that out. *She licked his face and walked past him to the door* Oh and by the way the meat is poisoned, you can see that poison was sprinkled onto it *Talla walked out and closed the door behind herself*

“The hell is wrong with you?” He almost yelled at her. He wiped his face off with his glove and glared at her. As she left. Ah, now he remembered her. He remembered how much he hated her and how annoyed he was around her. He grumbled to himself a bit before returning to his room. What meat was she talking about? He sighed as he sat down in his chair. Great, now his mood was ruined. Guess he’ll have to be lazy again.

As Sol saw Balin leave, he gave a heavy sigh. He looked towards the rock beneath again and shook his head. Balin suggested war, and now he may be searching for the other beast leader, Shadow. He turned his head up again "All of you, return to your business. Do not go out of base for the rest of today." All the other griffins got up and started mumbling something about what just happened.

"Hey, wanna come in this trash can with me?"

Gwen hides her irritation with the elder. There would only be one reason why he wanted to meet with Talla. The Cloaks were going to preform an assassination. She stands up and tensely moves outside and back towards her house. She is more angry at herself, she could do nothing to stop this.

Balin feels a new presence nearby. He turns his head to glance over at Shadow. "Hello brother Shadow" he greets. "I hope I didn't interupt anything important" the great bird narrows it's gaze. "You've been quite close with the humans. Do you think that they've seen more... Hostile lately?" He asks.

The servant walks around the kingdom in search of Talla. The expensive robes he wears is the only thing giving away that he works for Francis. "Stupid job" the servant mutters. "This Kingdom if HUGE she could be anywhere!"

*Talla saw the servant ahead of her and began to walk closely behind. When she was close enough, she grabbed him and pulled him into an alley way, pinning him to a wall.* What are you doing away from Francis?

The servant's eyes widen in fear. He struggles against her grip. "If-if you hurt me... Francis will have your head" he says boldly. He would appear brave if he weren't shaking like a leaf in the wind. "Y-you've been summoned by Francis himself to discuss some business" he says quickly.

Sol went back to his den, to think about Balin's offer. If he accepted, more pain would come. But would they even win? The rich side of the human race had inventions and weapons far past a griffin's superhuman human strength. He had taught all his comrades and family to never attack even the rich, but now they would? What does Shadow think about all of this?

Vex got up from the dining table. "Geez, it's useless to even give you one command." she complained, going to the door to leave. "I'm gonna go to town, if you mess anything else up I'll find a way to mess you up myself." Oddly enough she left with a giggle. And corrupt sounding giggle, like she enjoyed toying with her servant. She left, leaving the servant slightly relieved

"Hey, wanna come in this trash can with me?"

The servant nods very quickly. "I'm not lying" he says quickly. "Francis would never let me outside without his permission..." He immediately stops talking. Gulping down a panicked breath he moves ahead of her and leads her towards Francis's house. Once again the door opens up right after the first knock. This time it's Francis who answers the door.
"Talla!" He shouts excitedly. "Come in, come in, have much to discuss"

Shadow turned around and looked at the bird. He pursed his lips and sighed. “Not exactly...” he muttered. “Not all of them are bad you know.” He walked towards the Thunder Bird and placed his hands on hips.

Amy sat down in her “house” and started to eat a bit of food. She set the feather down and stared at it while she ate

"For many reasons. The first one-" he paused long enough to snap his fingers. A servant rushes towards them and hands him a bag of coins. "Yes, the first one. I have to congratulate your work with the army. You are doing a great at running it. But a slight problem has occured" the servant returns now with drinks for the two of them. Francis takes a long sip before he resumes. "The citizens from the areas you conquered have moved into our kingdom. They barley get by. My right hand has recommended you accept them into your military" he says the last part with a flicker of disgust. "I must know, Talla, what do you think of that?"
