I think it'd be nice to add two puzzle games in the
assortment at the game center, since there's a lacking of them and
they can put your mind to work but also be pretty relaxing and a
fun casual game to play. :> Bring some more enjoyment to the
game~ I don't recall seeing a suggestion like this, but if there
already is one I apologize!
Puzzle Minigame idea #1: Jigsaw Puzzle
A Jigsaw Puzzle game would be great to implement!
I love what I have seen of the puzzles that you can collect on the
site, but I think they can be appreciated in another way since
they're really a second thought on this site (to me anyways since
you just randomly find a piece and then can't do anything with
them). There's 28 puzzles already I believe, and I've only been
able to admire a few. With a jigsaw puzzle minigame, it'd
definitely do them some justice for the effort put into them with
different difficulties; easy, medium, and hard! The harder it gets,
the more pieces you'll have to put together. Just have the pieces
either scrambled up on the area you'd be completing it on or a
little off to the side. And there can be a preview options that
shows what the completed puzzle should look like so you're not
doing it blind unless you want to.
Puzzle Minigame idea #2: Klotski/Sliding Puzzle
Now this one I'm not sure how many people are familiar with, but I
know I loved it growing up and playing it on a game called petz
dogz 2 DS!! It can have a select few amount of pokemon that appear
on the big block you're trying to get out, with the smaller
surrounding blocks being a basic monotone color, and a fun "try to
save this mon" narrative can be added in how to play/rules section.
It's a bit more challenging than a Jigsaw puzzle, especially if you
overthink it. And it'd be a timed game to add to the challenge
factor! In this game, the goal is to get the large puzzle piece out
of the gap at the bottom of the screen. There are lots of other
pieces which you need to slide around as well, and you need to work
out how to get the big puzzle piece to the opening. The easiest way
to do this is to move it one space at a time, and then move the
other puzzle pieces around. The harder difficulty you are playing
in, the less time you have to do it.
Here is an example image of what the puzzle looks like if you're
not familiar with it, pulled from google: Sliding Puzzle
Going through all suggestions in this forum and saw the lovely
Nessy had suggested something similar when it comes to the jigsaw
puzzle game 4 years ago~ //dropping here for reference
Yeah but there has to be something special about it like pokemon,
prizes and others. Because if it doesn't its just gonna be one of
those games that don''t have any use. I would play that only if I
have a reason to play it besides getting a tiny amount of game
chips.
The maximum length of your signature is 500 characters.
I fully support the idea of puzzles or games similar to gem slide
etc in there. I think they could add a lot of fun and interesting
games for prizes in there without too much trouble at all. There
are a ton of options on that one and it would be fun to have more
selection on the games entirely.
Full support! A lot of the current GC games are either too
spammable (Coin flip, hangman) or too RNG based (uhhh everything
else). Concentration and hangman are the only mildly engaging ones
but both get dull after a few minutes. Some new games would be
really nice!
Also the only puzzle minigame we have right now (that I'm aware of)
is the Ultra Wormhole one, and while I enjoyed it, it's way too
expensive! I'd really like a chill jigsaw game I can play whenever
I want that doesn't take half a mil out of my wallet.
The Supreme Overlord demands attention. All hail the Supreme
Overlord.
I guess, you are right. We should add some mini-games like puzzles
to game center. I have a idea, like we should add minesweeper game
to gamecenter where it will be known as “Voltorb sweeper”, and
mines will be voltorb.
