Eternis managed to catch XD001. Destral got in the corrupted lugia's face. "Comply, or die."
Shortly after the three were seen exiting a portal to where the Shades were.

Strangely, the Shadow Lugia doesn't want to follow their orders. He doesn't even know what the orders are. Unfortunately for him, he has no choice, so he obeys.

Do you not understand? Us Lugia are animals. My purpose in life is to make sure Nell reaches breeding age so she can go off and reproduce, and that's it. You act as if I am a person!

Your species know they can easily cause great destruction with so much as a light fluttering of their wings, so they stay at the bottom of the sea so as to not harm human civilization. Another paper is given to the Shade. It reads "In the future, scientists will clone Mew, locating it in Guyana, South America. The scientists will use a strand of Mew's fur in order to clone it. It is speculated that the Pokémon known as Ditto is a failed attempt at cloning Mew, but that is just a theory."
