He sighed and stood up. He pulled out some Oran Berries and ate them. That was usually all he had for breakfast and that was enough for him to get going

(i think we should be safe for now and just replace the potions with berries just in case erin ends up telling us humans really dont exist here because even if the humans dont exist the berries will be around either way)
(but evolutionary stones are canonically just stones with energy so they're naturally made, we can keep those)
(mystery dungeon items are basically just normal items except all the man-made stuff like potions are gone, elixirs and protein and stuff still exist though)

(Well think of it this way. There aren’t any human items there because it’s a pokemon only world. In the mystery dungeon world, humans are considered creatures of legends. Hence that’s why the protagonist being a human is such a big deal.)
