Is there a limit how many u can have?
Also limited how many you can find from exploring?

just wondering because i just got my second one ^^ well in 4,5 hours lol

There are 6 explorer bags in total :3 though I don't quite remember how you can get them. One of them is a reward for completing badge set.

I can't seem to get a second explorer bag. I'm wondering if it is after a certain level is reached or getting a certain badge?

After completing badge set 1 and 2, you get a rumble bag separately for either set 1 or 2

Rumble bags can also be found by your rumbling pokemon too...
