I didn't even get it.

No joke, i think that who's doing this (I know the name but i don't want to shame) is the same guy from the drama that happened a few days ago on a ban evasion.
Don't worry though if you accepted it. it should just vanish, along with the items you bought with it when it gets found out.
And he got banned forever.

The rulebook says:
"1.1.1 Avoid naming and shaming. If a user misbehaves, do not post public feeds or do anything else that attracts unnecessary attention. Contact a moderator instead and let them take care of the situation."
saying the username of the user who did something wrong publicly is naming and shaming.
