Syuura sat herself down on the base of the trees, exhaling. There
seemed to be nowhere around, was her gut instinct wrong all along?
"Yoo-hoo!" She called out once more, resting one of her hand on her
thigh. She should move along and go back to base. Who cares about
who these people are, they could be evil for all she knows! The
ravenette had some inner conflict with herself as she leaned
further back onto the tree. "Curiosity killed the cat but
satisfaction brough it back." The eighteen year old muttered.
Something that feels as good
as this, there is nothing else like it,
right?
"If there really isn't anyone around, then, this is a real waste of
time." Syuura clicked her tongue in annoyance as she stood up
slowly, her hand on the tree to help support herself. "Alright,
alright! I'm leaving, but I'm reeaaaally slow right now, so I bet
you guys can catch up to me before I actually disappear." The
ravenette called out once more, taking out her pocket knife and
carving out the initial 'h' on the bark of the tree, as she made
her way back to base.
Something that feels as good
as this, there is nothing else like it,
right?
“That’s our cue to go faster. Come on slow poke!” She ran through
the trees and found a silhouette of a person. “I think that’s where
the voice was from...”
"Oh?" The bespectacled female turned her head and saw two figures.
"Never ignore your gut instinct." Syuura mumbled to no one in
particular before leaning her body against a tree. "Name's Syuura
Kohei, but, call me Hira." The eighteen year old introduced
herself, giving them a big, toothy grin. "I honestly don't know
what happened, clearly some illogical stuff happened but still, I
have no clue." The female chuckled, looking away from the two
individuals for a split second. "Hey, how about you follow me back
to base? I found another group earlier before that idiot got me
into this mess..." The golden-eyed archer trailed off, her last
sentence spilling with venom.
Something that feels as good
as this, there is nothing else like it,
right?
"So, you following?" Syuura asked, a hint of annoyance in her tone
as she continued staggering out if the woods. The pain was starting
to become unbearable and she's starting to see black spots.
Careful, Hira. The ravenette thought. No one's gonna help
you out if you die here. You're just gonna end up alone again.
Something that feels as good
as this, there is nothing else like it,
right?
“Yeah yeah, I’m coming.” She began to follow, her hands in her
pockets. I dunno.... That girl seems kinda hostile... You sure
about this? Her instinct told her no, but what else could she
do? She couldn’t just ignore them, and she couldn’t just
follow them either. She muttered a small curse to herself
and ran to catch up. “The name’s Kallian, but call me Lee.”
Noelle slipped onto the ground, ''How polite of you.'' He struggled
as he stood up. He pulled his shirt up to reveal purple and brown
bruises, he winced, ''This is...fine.'' He wiped the blood from his
face, ''Okay, let's go.''
