Hello! This is the story of my friend Tommygunz’s OC Claw, the haxorus. It will be a first person story, based off of their original story. Enjoy!

Title: Chapter 1

“Can’t catch me!” My brother Slasher teased me. “Just you wait!” I exclaimed, chasing him through the rough forest. Slasher and I raced into the tangled undergrowth of the woods, pidgey and pikipeck scattering in our wake. We didn’t care, this was our daily routine, playing and foraging in the woods. “Gotcha!” I yelled, leaping onto my siblings back, squishing his green scales flat. “Ok, ok, you got me,” slasher admitted.” Now please can you get off? Your tusk is poking my face.” “Oh, sorry!” I rolled off Slasher’s back. We had ended up under a mago berry tree, and decided to stop for a quick snack. “Next it’s my turn to chase you!” said my Axew brother. I sighed. “Ok, fine.” We grabbed a berry each, and decided to sit on the nearby cliff. The sun was high in the sky as we sat beneath the shade of the tree, on the ragged cliff. “The forest sure is beautiful today,” stated Slasher. “Yeah.” I added, looking over the vast expanse of trees, rocks and grass. “We should get moving, you want to chase me now?” I started getting to my feet. “Oh, yeah! I’ll catch you for sure!” Slashed hopped up. Suddenly, the cliff began to rumble. I leaped, started to the roots of the tree, but slasher wasn’t quick enough. I heard a cracking noise, and a fragment of the cliff broke off, with slasher on it! I heard a thump, and frantically peered over the edge. “SLASHER! ARE YOU OK?” I couldn’t lose him, he was all I had left, after all, mom and dad were gone now, it was just the two of us. “Yeah, I’m fine, but Claw, you have to see this!” I carefully but quickly climbed down the steep rock face (my claws are firmer than you think, that’s what I was named for!), and couldn’t believe what I saw.

Title: Chapter 2

In front of me was the biggest cave I had ever seen, huge stalagmites reaching for the roof of the cave, and mamoswine sized stalactites looming down like teeth. “This will be the most dangerous, terrifying, thrilling adventure yet,” says Slasher in awe. “So therefore the best one we’ll ever go on.” “Let’s see what this cave has in store for us!” I exclaim, and charge recklessly into the cave. Zubats fly averhead, perching on the stone pillars. “Wow!” My brother and I exclaim at the same time. We wander the cave, seeing giant onyx and rhydon playing amongst the rocks. “Look at this!” Slasher exclaims, pointing out a cavern filled with moonstones with his tusks. “Hey, check this out!” I show Slasher a cliff leading down to an underground lake filled with wimpods and dewgongs galore. This was the coolest cave ever, and I’ve been in a lot of caves! Finally, at the far end of the cave, we see a chamber midnight black, with the faintest hint of light at the end. “I dare you to go in,” dares Slasher to me. “Challenge accepted.” We trudge into the cave, slowly to make sure we don’t trip. When my eyes finally adjust, I see the light at the end of the cave. “Do you think that is a Pokémon?” I ask Slasher. “Looks more like the end of the tunnel to me,” My sibling guesses. “Let’s see!” We race toward the light, only to find not a Pokémon, not the tunnel’s end, but... a stone? The strange rock seemed to burn and glisten at the same time. “Looks like neither of us were right,” Slasher admits. “Maybe this is one of those stones that flarey used to evolve?” He asks, mentioning how our vulpix friend evolved. “No, it’s a lot brighter,” I say. “And much more warm!” Slasher touches the stone with his claw, just to pull it back quickly. “That hurts!” “It isn’t really that warm,” I touch it too, and I can’t feel any heat. “Weird,” says Slasher. “Maybe you have really tough scales!” We should take it back as a cool reminder of this trip, maybe you should carry i— “ Suddenly, the cave begins shaking. Rocks clash, and stalagtites start dropping from the ceiling like rain. “RUN!”

Title: Chapter 3

“RUN!” Slasher and I yell together. I grab the burning stone, and we get right out of that chamber. We sprint through the cave, rocks falling in our wake. We dash over stones and pebbles, rocks falling like hailstones. Zubat fly overhead, and other Pokémon rush to escape the collapsing cave. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, we’re so close! “We’re almost there, Slasher!” I exclaim, but hear no response. “Slasher? SLASHER!? WHERE ARE YOU!?” I scream, panicked. “Here!” A muffled growl catches my ear, and I fight to push past the stampede of fleeing Pokémon. Slasher is trapped under a huge stalagmite when I find him. “SLASHER! ARE YOU OK?” I yell at him. “I’m not leaving without you!” I try to push the stone spike off his back, but it’s no use. The rock is 5 times larger than I am. “Go, Claw! Go while you still can!” Yells my brother, my twin brother, who had always been by my side. I didn’t give up pushing, I had to get him out, I NEEDED him! “No! You are getting out alive, I promise!” “You shouldn’t make all of these promises Claw!” Slasher says. “You have to go! PLease, do it for me. You have your whole life ahead of you! Get stronger and evolve for me” I had the strange feeling I was being watched, though we were the last Pokémon in the cave. I didn’t think about it, though. “Please, Claw, go! Trust me! I’ll see you again! I’ll make it out of here, one way or another!” Slasher’s expression was pleading and sad, but also knowing and wise, like he knew something I didn’t. “Fine, you win, Slasher.” I smiled a sorrowful smile, and looked back one last time at my dear sibling. “Come on, get out already!” He yells at me. I rush out of the collapsing cave, but hear a small voice whisper behind me. “Till we meet again, brother.”

Title: Chapter 4

We ate together. Traveled together. Fought together. Even crossed the meadow together (trust me, as a dragon with all those fairy types, that was one of the daring things we’d ever done). And now Slasher was gone. How could I live now? It wasn’t fair, I should’ve been in his place! I trudged away slowly, I had broken my promise to Slasher in the cave! I felt like a part of me was now gone. Forever. I walk to a lonely clearing in the woods. “Slasher!” I yell. “Why did I decide to go into the cave? We said we’d always be there for each other!” My cry was met with silence. “Its not fair!” I sit down, tears streaming from my eyes. Then I remembered what slasher said in the cave. Till we meet again. I smiled sadly at the thought. Slasher wasn’t gone while he was being honored and remembered. I didn’t look back, but I walked forward, looking straight forward. I was on a mission now. I made another promise to slasher that day. “Slasher,” I whispered, “Wherever you are, I promise that as long as I live, I will tell your story. I swear that as long as I live, I will go on adventures in your memory, so you will always be honored and known as my dear brother, and my best friend.”

Title: Chapter 5

Fast forward a year or so, and I’m still wandering the wilds. I’ve met so many new Pokémon, and shared the story of Slasher. I decided to settle down a bit, but I still go on adventures in the area, of course! I’ve found a nice town, mantyke town, it’s called. In the nearby woods, Ive built my little home base. I like to explore the town in my free time, today I found it has and adventurer guild. Interesting... maybe I’ll join someday. Mantyke town is the perfect town for me, there are caves everywhere to explore! I heard a group of Pokémon (a Riolu, Eevee And Rockruff) refer to them as dungeons. There are forests and seas to venture! Slasher would’ve loved this... I still shed a tear when I think of him. He would’ve told me to stop moping, and get on with life, so I guess I’m trying to follow his instructions. I still wonder if a Pokémon was watching the whole cave event... I feel like one was, but I didn’t think about it much then, slasher was trapped! I push those thought out of my mind as I peer out my window. An ampharos walks along the shore, and a starly and pidgeotto soar in the sky. It’s quiet here, but there is still enough adventure for my liking! I plop onto my couch, hugging my flaming stone (it works like the best hot water bottle ever). I hear a knock on the door, but I’m too lazy to answer. I drift alseep... almost. A warm paw touches my head spike. “I guess it takes a lot to wake you!” A voice startles me awake. “What-How-“ I begin. My eyes adjust to the light. A Delphox stands in front of me. “Come with me, Claw. There is much you need to know.”

HI everybody :3 sorry its been a while, but I may be continuing this series a little bit more. I still have plans for it! I jus had writers block and didnt feel like writing ( oh yeah also my wifi dint work for like a month).

I follow the Delphox down an overgrown path, and into a small cottage that seems to fit right in to the environment. It was covered in long tendrils of vines and little purple flowers bloomed all around it. The strange Pokemon led me inside the little hut, which was filled with books and some strange vials and bottles. A large pot took up lots of the room in the building. "Have a seat, and let me pour you something to drink. Juice?" She poured some sweet smelling juice into my cup. The aroma of mago berry filled the air, which reminded me of that day..."Oh, I haven't properly introduced myself! My name is Fog, and welcome to my humble abode." She gestured to the interior of the cottage." "Why am I here?" I asked, a little impatiently (Its not my fault. you would have done the same if you had to wait to find out why a mysterious magical Pokemon dragged you into their house). "Well, its a little difficult to explain." Fog sighed. "Its about a prophecy." That peaked my interest. "What prophecy?" I asked. As far as I was concerned, nothing about me was that special. I was just an ordinary fraxure. "It's about that stone of yours." She gestured towards my claws. I hadn't realized that I was still clutching the warm rock in my hand. "The prophecy says that a Pokemon that finds a glowing red stone will end the reign of the blazing bright beast with the aid of a dear friend." I gulped. Me? In a prophecy? "Nonononono. There has to be a mistake. I can't do that. I don't have anything special." Fog shrugged. "Well, you have the stone. Will you accept your mission?" "Why should I!?" I snapped. "I don't want to, and I wouldn't be able to do it anyway!" "You're acting like a child!" Fog answered. "Well, maybe I don't care about some stupid prophecy!" I ran out of the little hut, and into the forest.

Hi guys, I doubt anyone is still subscribed to this FanFic, but if you are, I'd like to thank you for reading it. I'm actually planning to do a rewrite of it over here, so check it out, I guess. I hope my writing skills have improved XD
