A short introduction to what I mean by "Fortune Telling":
It's something similar to the Fountain, where you throw a coin and get some sort of increase.
But in this case, you pay a small fee to see how lucky/unlucky you are during that given day.

Here's something that'll help you visualize the Fortune Teller ->
In this case I used a wizard, but a witch or maybe even a rabbit could work.

[What features will be affected by luck increase/decrease?*]

• Fishing at Emera Beach
• Bulletin Board Tasks
• Getting Event / Legend Eggs from Daycare
• Finding Shinies at the Honey Tree
• Producing Super Honey at the HoneyComb

• Finding Shinies / Legends in the Safari Zone
• Playing at the Game Center
• Sending Pokemon to Rumble Missions
• Getting Gems at the Royal Tunnel
• Getting better items from Mystery Boxes

(These are just some suggestions, luck may not affect all of these, or perhaps, not all of them at once)

* And before you say that this would be unfair if you get "bad luck" for the day, remember that in fact there are days when you get lots of eggs at the daycare, and others when you barely get any; there are days when you fish up 3 shinies at the Beach, and some other days when you don't get any; and so on.

- Good Luck -
[Ah, it seems the planets are perfectly aligned, something good might happen today.]
[You placed your coins on the Wizzard's desk. Oh, what's this? Your coins just turned into a rabbit foot!]
[The wizard is looking into his magic globe. The image of a four-leaves clover appears.]
[The sky is clear today, it looks like the perfect day to go fishing.]
[You throw your coins onto the wizard's desk and all of them land heads. Your gambling luck is amazing!]

- Bad Luck -
[A black cat passes by as the wizard reads your fortune. This is a bad sign..]
[The wizard is looking into his magic globe. The globe suddenly turns black..]
[The spirits seem disturbed today.. It's better if you leave for now.]
[The flowers haven't bloomed yet.. I don't think Combee will produce much honey today.]
[You accidentally dropped your coin under the desk. You lean in to pick it up but find a broken key instead..]

- Neutral Luck -
[There's a calm aura surrounding you. Everything looks normal for the day.]
[The wizard's globe gives off a dim light. Nothing much is going to happen today]
[The wizard is looking into his magic globe. Nothing out of ordinary seems to happen.]

mismagius would be a suiting pplemon for the fortuneteller ... i like the idea but i would think a positive outcome should be more than 50% in that case but the idea is an awsome addition to the fountain .... if it is both it could give really lucky events :D

I really like this suggestion. It would definitely add more spice to the daily tasks, especially for those you are constantly active and doing lots of stuff on the site. (: You put a lot of work into this, great job on showing it out! <3 (Y) (Y) (Y)
