Aura was currently talking talking with a young riolu, a year older then Emerald. “So then you focus on the energy inside you...” a large amount of aura flowed around the both of them. “Now focus some of that energy in a sphere, like so.” He created an Aura Sphere in slow motion. “Alright? Now you try.”

The young riolu failed 4 times before finally forming a sphere, albeit a unstable one. But Aura was cheering him on. “Nice job! You did great. Why don’t we take a small break?”

The riolu nodded energeticly, before running to a pouch with some oran berries in it. Aura then looked over “I thought I sensed a familiar aura!” He grinned.



“I know but it must have been uncomfortable under my heavy scales...”

He got a nod. You got the faintest feeling this one didn’t like to talk.


Prism approached her “Is she okay?-“ Then he made a mistake. He touched her horn.

He jumped backwards into the wall, and his expression was one of a combination of horrified and ‘What did I just witness?!’ He let out a strangled choking noise, unable to utter a word

Prism didn’t utter a sound as his brain tried to process what he saw.


“Alright. Let’s try making an Aura Sphere again...”

It took about 15 minutes, but the Riolu was able to make a stable, decent sized aura sphere. The kid Hugged Aura lightly, before cheerfully taking off. Aura seemed pleased.

Prism flinched. Very heavily. He almost shoved Emerald away.
