Well when you breed pokemon, they both have to be opposing genders(Female and Male) and you have to put PD in the daycare. It usually takes time for it to happen, but you can use the fountain to maybe speed it up(It's usually random boosts)

i know all that already. i mean does it require you clicking on people like on pokefarm, or people clicking you, or is it just random when you get an egg?

When you breed Pokemons check their compatibility, if they say "The two Pokemon prefer to play with other pokemon than each other" then they'll have lesser chance of getting eggs but if they say "The two get along really well" or"The two seem to be a perfect match" you'll have more chances of getting eggs.

And no interactions won't help you get eggs unless there is an event.

You have to be patient when breeding,it takes time. You can breed almost event Pokemon except those Pokemons in the "undiscovered" sections like seatran, polestar etc

You can breed genderless Pokemons like room by using a ditto.

Breeding legendaries is possible but only by a ditto, however they are trade-locked.

Other ways to influence your breeding chances positively are:
- Give both Pokémon Everstones
- One of them has to have a different OT (Original Trainer)
- Using White Flutes and Black Flutes to double your chances of getting eggs for 7/30 days. You can find those Flutes at the Special section of the Item Shop

Are there any positive influences on the Breeding Chance?
A: Yes. If your Pokémon have the same number in the Pokedex the chance will be higher. Also if one of your Pokémon is originally from a different trainer you will have a higher possibility of breeding successfully. Also if you're a Premium User you have a + 20% chance for eggs.

And you can't breed retros.

Hope this helped

I believe it's a chance on every 15 minute mark - xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, xx:45. Interactions don't do anything, on each of those time marks there's a chance of an egg regardless of interactions.

This wiki page and this guide are also helpful resources if you haven't checked them out yet. :)

Milcery are all female so the easiest pokemon to breed them with are castforms. You put those two pokemon in the daycare and hopefully you’ll get a milcery!

So, if I want to breed electrode or voltorb, I should breed it with a vanillish, since they are in the same egg group?

Can two different Pokémon, say rattata and male zorua, who are in the same egg group, be a perfect match even though they’re different Pokémon?

No, they can't be a perfect match. For a perfect match they need to have the same Pokedex number and have different OTs (like one Pokemon was hatched by you and one Pokemon was hatched by a different trainer; or both were hatched by 2 different trainers). And different genders of course. In THEORY it would be possible to get a perfect match with a female+genderless, but only in theory because there is no Pokemon that has gender+genderless possibility

Okay very interesting! I have only gotten, “the two seem to get along” is there any way to get the higher tier, “they get along very well”, which is the precursor to the perfect match if it is two different pokedex entrees?

Like the posts before said:
to get a better breeding pair, the Pokemon must

-be different genders
-have different OTs
-have the same (or for not perfect, similar) pokedex numbers [like, Pikachu+Raichu breeds better than Pikachu+Emolga, but best breeding would be Pikachu+Pikachu]
-not sure if this is just a main Pokemon games thing, or if it applies to PH as well, but I heard that first evolution stage Pokemon breed better than later evolutions (like, 2 Bulbasaurs breed better than 2 Venusaurs). Also, giving them everstones might increase the chance (BUT both of these things do NOT affect the breeding pair text)
I also have something in the back of my mind that having one Pokemon with yourself as OT (and the other having a different OT) works better than both Pokemon with other OTs. Not sure if this is correct though
