"They are leaving.... will you join them, or die from my blade?"

The boy’s gasping eased as his airway opened, the color returning
to his face. He almost began suffocating again as Ethel flumped
onto his chest and began purring furiously.

Cam stays close, ready to assist if needed. He may be fully healed,
but it will still take a few moments for his strength to return.
"We found a swordsman.. it's not going down too well" she says,
trying to catch him up a bit
“I’ll do my best to help. Ethel, be on guard.” He growled, his
catlike eyes narrowing. The lynx let out a viscous snarl, going
from her tame affection to rabid beast with a simple order.

An idea flashes in her head. "Hey, you have cat-like powers right?
She is up on a ledge of some sort, I believe she got up there by
jumping on high platforms. Maybe you could get close to her by
jumping on them with your accelerated jump?"
Nocturne a worried look towards the others, his gaze following them
as they came forth. He looked up at the swordsman and felt his
corruption grip him. "You gonna come down yet? I knew you were a
coward." He narrowed his eyes and smirked. Oh gosh I hope it
doesn't do anything too bad... Nocturne thought, feeling like
an outsider to his own body.
"No. You assassins seem to be having some difficulty organizing.
Let me know when your ready, I'll come down to show you where to go
for you ice cream kiddos." She says and shoots lightning from her
blade at Nocturne

Ethel approached the assassins and the swordsman, slowing her pace
a bit. Her intelligent eyes examined the slope, and she crouched,
her eyes not entirely her own. Avian was looking through her eyes
and feeding her orders from afar, though as she drew closer, he
began to walk towards them, head down. He was tired, and he knew
Ethel would be hindered by that, but he was also one determined
pain in the rear.

Nocturne slid to the left, barely dodging the attack. That was a
gamble. I can't show my trump card yet. He thought, squinting.
She was right, his eyes shot around and noticed his fellow
assassins spread around. "If we charge in on different directions
she won't be able to strike us all with lightning." He muttered
quietly, facing directly away from the assassin to make sure she
didn't hear. He began to put his plan to action and slid to the
right back to where he started.
