"Hmph.. well I'm fresh out of ideas" Cam steps clear out of the way of the vines. "Anyone else have an idea? Maybe we could try to ambush the Swordsman when she returns?" She asks, unaware that she already knows that intruders are here

"That might work. Alternatively we could try and find the source of these vines, better yet the swordsman to take them down while the vines keep them from the sword." Nocturne suggested.

Cam nods in agreement. "I say this is a good place to split up. We'll need someone to stand by these vines. If they are being controlled, then the same person can make them disappear when the Swordsman is here... I say we have a group try to find the user and a group can stay back" she adds. "The user must be close by"

Namine overhears the group from the roof of the temple. She decides to start messing with raijinto's power, adjusting her cloak to blend in as lightening strikes near the feet of the assassins

The lightning blinds Cam momentarily. She dives into the shadows, unable to use her powers to attack. "Change of plans-" she declares. She looks up where the lightning came from, trying to spot Namine

She cannot be seen due to not being inside, and also the plants. The sword crackles quietly, though due to the metal nearby or the lightening we dont know

(The assassins have just reached the temple Namine resides in. They found her sword, raijinto but not the swordswomen. However, as of now the sword is being protected by not only being on the ceiling of the room, but poisonous plants surrounding it. To make matters worse, the sword seems to be react to them, spitting lightening at the assassins)

Duncan entered with a swig of wine before frowning at the sword, "Do you ever wonder what happened to the first owner of these swords. Maybe a samurai once had it."

(I'm just going to introduce my new character now)
-Cam frowns at Duncan, "He may be on to something.." she mumbles
-Mac sighs, "Well, this talk can be saved for later" his eyes glow red as he launches himself at the plants sending a mist of red at the vines. (To those who didn't read the sign up form xD) His magic being the comple opposite of Cams, causes the vines to wither in pain. He keeps his palms extended, not withdrawing the magic, even though it certainly must be causing quite a drain

Lily feeling the vines' pain, screams out in agony. In a final attempt she sends the last bit of her energy to send up her final defense before her knees buckle and give out. She collapses to the ground in sheer exhaustion.

Tune arrives at Lily's place just in time to see her on the ground and pulls her into her arms. She's fuming, pissed at whoever, or whatever caused Lily's pain.

At the temple all the vines but the ones guarding the sword disappear. In their place one huge, thick, toxic thorn ridden vine bursts from the ground. In retaliation it shoots towards Mac and wraps around him tightly, pinning his arms at his side. The thorns start digging into Mac's skin, secreting toxins.

Air swirled around Kimaru and he rushed in after Mac, He hardened some air and made a sword. He stabbed and gashed the vine holding Mac while avoiding getting hit.

The vine holding Mac releases him, but then retreats to help guard the sword. The vine also appears to be regenerating. Besides the toxins in Mac's system were already at work, though it was unclear as of right now of what the toxins were even doing to him.

- "Wait I can help" Cam offers. She puts a hand on Mac, healing his physical wounds, but not the poison, because there is no clear way of knowing that he was poisoned. She gives Mac a ferocious glare but says nothing.
-Mac is out of it, he accepts both Nocturnes and Cams help. He is too tired to keep fighting. "Your welcome" he says arrogantly, "What would you do without me?.. Obviously not get the sword" he adds pridefully.
(Slowly trying to make Mac the most annoying character here because.. well, I don't know, it adds an interesting touch to the group)
