4. As this is a murder mystery (sort of), RP please refrain from being too grotesque.
5. Characters CAN die due to ghosts and other outside factors, additionally, a few characters may leave throughout the roleplay. It's advised you have more than one character if you plan to be in this roleplay. Additionally, try to make character deaths off screen. If the thought of the death makes you feel sick, don't post it.
6. Did I already mention there will be ghosts? (It's Scooby Doo, y'all)
7. Swearing is limited to "Crap," "Damn," or "Heck." There are children on this site.

9. "Death Marks" are the name of Marks that appear on human victims of ghosts and corrupted spirits. They can eventually lead to one's actual death if the source of the mark isn't confronted. Ghosts grant these curses on human victims based on grudges and haunt certain areas. Additionally, these Marks can lead to amnesia. It's rare to meet someone that has had this mark for at least a month, as most of the time the victim is dead within the first week of having one.

History: They apparently live in Kujou Mansion and are an acquaintance of the mansion's Heir. They offered the Mark Bearers a deal in hopes of aiding them. "Shoyo" may not be their true name, but they state to have good intentions. They aren't really experienced in exorcism despite their presented knowledge on the Death Marks.
Personality: They seem friendly...? They are oddly knowledgeable about the Death Marks.

Appearance: A young man with brown hair and green eyes. He has a black and white school uniform with a black tie. Oba has a brown shoulder bag filled with books, it seems that he helps deliver them for the library he works at.

Occupation: Student, Part-time Librarian Assistant.
History: While doing research on for a school report one day, they had decided to visit a local library. The odd thing is, while visiting it, the librarian there had not been expecting visitors. The student was openly accepted into doing research and even helped the librarian for sometime. About a week ago, a strange marking appeared on his Palm while he moved some books. He received a letter about the Death Mark from a man that previously lived in Kujou Mansion. To find answers, he went to the Mansion.
Personality: He is studious and highly observant. Oba is open to aiding others and also being aided by others. Due to his co-dependency behavior, Oba has a habit of relying on people a little more than himself. He has an issue with his self-esteem.

Appearance: A woman with black hair and brown eyes. She is fair skinned and wears a white and grey dress with a green vest. The vest is a gift of some sort it seems. Riley has a pair of black leggings with brown boots.

History: Riley has started to forget somethings. She isn't exactly sure why her memory has been going hazy. She received a letter one day while preparing to go to work. Out of curiosity, she had moved from her hometown to find this mysterious sender.
Personality: She is bubbly and intelligent. Her acting bubbly just happens to be a useful perk when working at the store. Riley is also intrigued by rumours and mythology - Which is why she was accepting the invitation to visit. She is easily frightened and gets caught up in mythology when mentioned.

Appearance: An aspiring chef with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He doesn't wear the typical chefs uniform. Gordon has a black shirt with brown khaki pants and black dress shoes. His shirt is slightly stained, but it smells a lot like ketchup combined with varying vegetables. It's possible he doesn't wash his clothing properly.

History: A sushi chef that was given the mark recently. He can't exactly recall why, but he seems to know Oba. They appear to be acquaintances of sorts. Gordon says that he's from out of town and is only visiting a few relatives for the month.
Personality: The chef has slight anger management issues (cough, cough). Gordon is a trained chef and has a habit of expecting highly of others. He is very impatient and blunt.
