Hearts nearly jumps out of her skin when she hears Clubs voice, “H-hey Clubs, you and Jokina made it back then? T-that’s cool.” If her stuttering wasn’t annoying enough she was blushing pretty hard out of panic, in the distance a diamond is running off, trying to get away from the house.

Jokina hisses again as she cleans out the wound, “Another scar. He gave me another scar. And now Clubs thinks he’s important. I mean he is, to a point. But he didn’t need to know that.” She prepares herself a bath and gets ready to soak in it while she borrows a spell from a previous Ace to heal herself.

Arya looks between Tencia and Drake. "I don't see any problem with a demon watching over a hybird. This whole war has forced us to believe that we can't work together" she grins, her eyes sad. "But look at us now, having a civil conversation without wanting to tear out each other's throats. I say we use this, we all have strong enemies right? I say we work together to destroy them"

I know when to have "proper" conversation when there is a kid around, i don't swear that much and besides *Drake gives her cup back again that had orange juice that she was drinking before the conversation started* She will learn these words sooner or later in her adult life I don't get why we shouldn't say these words when they are gonna learn it for themselves?

Jokina had fallen asleep in the bathtub, the wound on her shoulder fading away.

Tencia rolls her eyes, “The girl likes him, she won’t want to upset him or make him change. I just don’t want him using that language if we’re a team and bringing more attention to us than necessary.”

"Everyone here thinks I can turn into a dragon (I can't). If anyone causes any trouble for you, all I need to do is threaten them"
