She just gives him a sad look. Not knowing the answer. "Panicking
won't help, baby steps, focus now about not fainting" she says
softly, trying to calm him
The medic looks him over. "His back..." She mutters. "I can get him
to a state where he can live, but he will still feel pain. His back
can't be healed easily either... I'm afraid healing magic can't fix
this right now. Maybe a different magic, like a body switch or
something... I'm not sure." She says, getting to work.
Clove watches them, looking concerned, if she weren't already
sitting she would probably collapse. She grits her teeth, "First
Kenri and now Valor! What else are the Cultists going to take?" She
asks mostly to herself

Clove shakes her head. "There are far too many of them, they all
have very different powers. It's impossible to be one step ahead of
them" she points out. She winces, she had shifted her body to look
at them, the small movement sending a fire of pain into her ribs.
Now that the adrenaline rush had faded, she can feel the full
impact of the damage done to her
She shakes her head. "It's basically just a reaction from the
combination of animal instincts and human DNA, I usually have
adrenaline rushes because that's the only way my human side can
cope with the power of my animal side" she explains. She winces
again, "It's very helpful at times"
